Cancellation Period: Students are entitled to a refund of the course fee if they decide to cancel their admission. However, this is only applicable until the day of the first class. Requests for refunds must be made in writing via WhatsApp to our admissions department.

Refund Ineligibility: Please note that after the commencement of the second class, there will be no refunds available regardless of the reason for withdrawal. Students are advised to consider their schedules and commitments carefully before enrolling for a course.

Processing: The refund process will be initiated once we receive your written request. It may take up to 7 business days to process the refund. You need to provide us the payment method for receiving a refund.
