Lifetime Mentorship Terms & Disclaimer

At Aamir Ahmer Academy, we are committed to providing meaningful, long-term support to help our students grow through our training programs. As part of this commitment, certain programs may offer what we term as “Lifetime Mentorship.” It is important to clarify what this term means, the scope of support provided, and the limitations that apply.

Definition and Purpose:

“Lifetime Mentorship” refers to extended access to mentorship, guidance, and relevant support systems that accompany select training programs. The intent behind this offering is to empower students over a sustained period—typically ranging from one (1) to three (3) years or less—so they can fully benefit from the educational content, implement their learnings, and achieve personal or professional growth with ongoing assistance.

Not a Perpetual or Indefinite Guarantee:

The term “Lifetime” is not to be interpreted as a promise of unlimited or perpetual access. Instead, it reflects the reasonable operational lifecycle of the respective program, aligned with business viability and resource availability. Aamir Ahmer Academy does not guarantee indefinite continuation of any mentorship or support service.

Program Discontinuation and Impact on Mentorship:

The continuation of Lifetime Mentorship is subject to the ongoing availability and active status of the corresponding training program. In the event a program is discontinued, restructured, or terminated—due to financial, business, or strategic considerations—the associated Lifetime Mentorship shall also cease without any further obligation from Aamir Ahmer Academy.

Good Faith Commitment with Limitations:

We offer Lifetime Mentorship in good faith as an extended learning opportunity. However, this offering remains conditional upon the Academy’s ability to operate the program sustainably. Students are encouraged to take full advantage of the mentorship resources during the active period of the program.

Acceptance of Terms:

By enrolling in any training program that includes Lifetime Mentorship, you acknowledge and accept the interpretation, scope, and limitations of this offering as outlined in this policy. Aamir Ahmer Academy reserves the right to revise, limit, or terminate mentorship services based on changing business or program conditions.
