Community Standards and Membership Policy

At Aamir Ahmer Academy, we have built something that goes beyond a course. It is a community, and like any community worth being part of, it has standards. These guidelines apply to all students across all current, past, and future programs. We have kept them simple and straightforward. Violating any of them may result in suspension or permanent removal from the program, with no refund.

Our platforms, groups, and forums exist for learning, not selling. Students may not use any Academy space to promote external products, services, affiliate links, or personal businesses without explicit written permission from us. Violations may result in immediate removal.

All course content, materials, and downloads are protected. Reproducing, distributing, selling, sharing, or leaking any part of our content, whether fully or partially, is strictly prohibited. We take intellectual property seriously and will pursue legal action where necessary.

Any form of spamming, deceptive messaging, fake profiles, misrepresentation, or attempting to defraud any student, staff member, or instructor will result in immediate expulsion. There are no second chances for this.

Students may not use the Aamir Ahmer Academy name, logo, or their association with us for personal branding, false claims of partnership, or any form of unauthorized representation. This includes implying any affiliation that does not exist.

Spreading false information or making defamatory statements about the Academy, its instructors, students, or programs on any platform, public or private, will not be tolerated. Depending on severity, this may result in termination and legal proceedings.

Respect is non-negotiable here. Harassment, bullying, rudeness, or any unprofessional behavior toward instructors, support staff, or other students is strictly prohibited. Every person in this community deserves to feel safe and respected.

Some programs require regular participation. Repeated inactivity or non-responsiveness, even after reminders, may result in removal from support groups or restricted access to mentorship benefits.

Our mentorship, live sessions, and support channels are here to help you grow. Misusing or overloading these systems with unnecessary or disruptive behavior may result in restricted access. These resources are a privilege, not a right.

We use cookies to personalise your experience on our website. A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by a web server. Cookies cannot run programs or harm your computer. Students who initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or fail to honor agreed installment plans without communicating with us first will be removed from the program immediately. Legal action may follow in cases of fraud or misuse.

All students must maintain respectful conduct within our community spaces, including WhatsApp groups, Facebook groups, and the LMS. Repeated violations, even after warnings, may lead to restricted access or permanent removal.

Any behavior that is unethical, illegal, or abusive, whether online or offline, and related to your participation in any program may result in immediate expulsion, particularly where it puts our community or reputation at risk.

By enrolling in any program, accessing any content, or engaging with Aamir Ahmer Academy in any official capacity, you confirm that you have read and agree to follow these standards in full.
