Account Data Policy

At Aamir Ahmer Academy, the security of your account is something we take extremely seriously. To protect every student from fraud, impersonation, and unauthorized access, we maintain a strict, non-negotiable policy regarding account data.

Once you enroll and your account is created, your registered name, email address, and phone number are permanently locked to that account. This information cannot be updated, edited, or changed under any circumstances, at any time, for any reason.

This applies whether you've lost your phone, switched to a new number, made a typo during registration, legally changed your name, or are facing any other situation. Regardless of the reason given, no changes to registered account data will be made.

Your registered name, email, and phone number are the only information we use to verify that a request is genuinely coming from you. Refund requests, support queries, account access, and any other sensitive action are all confirmed against these original details.

If we allowed this information to be changed after enrollment, it would create an opening for fraud and impersonation. Someone posing as a student could contact us, claim their number or email has changed, and request that we update the account to details they control. Once that happens, they could take over the account entirely, including requesting refunds or accessing course content that isn't theirs.

We have seen these impersonation attempts firsthand. Individuals have contacted us claiming to be existing students, providing false explanations for why their registered details supposedly changed, in an attempt to gain control of an account that does not belong to them. This policy exists specifically to prevent that from succeeding.

By keeping registered data permanently locked, we ensure that only the original student, verified against their original details, can be recognized as the rightful owner of that account. This protects your enrollment, your access, and your data, and it protects every other student and the academy as a whole from fraud.

If your name, email, or phone number changes and you need to use your new details going forward, you will need to enroll again as a new student using your updated information. Your original account will remain exactly as it was originally registered.

We understand this may feel inconvenient, but it is a deliberate and necessary safeguard. It ensures that no account can ever be modified, hijacked, or reassigned based on a claim we cannot independently verify.

This is a strict policy with no exceptions. Contacting our support team to request a change to your registered name, email, or phone number will not result in that change being made, regardless of the documentation, explanation, or urgency provided.
