Account Inactivity Policy

Aamir Ahmer Academy is built for students who are serious about learning and applying digital marketing and AI skills. To keep the community focused, active, and valuable for everyone enrolled, we maintain a policy regarding prolonged inactivity.

If your account shows no engagement, no LMS activity, no class attendance, and no participation of any kind for a continuous period of 3 months, your account will be flagged as inactive.

This includes, but is not limited to, logging into the LMS, attending live or recorded classes, engaging with course material, or participating in community discussions.

We reserve the right to cancel the admission of any student whose account has remained inactive for 3 months or longer. This decision is made to ensure the academy remains a space for students who are actively engaged and committed to their learning, and not a static list of dormant accounts.

Cancellation under this policy is at the sole discretion of Aamir Ahmer Academy and does not require prior notice, justification beyond the inactivity itself, or any further correspondence.

Once an admission is cancelled due to inactivity, access to the LMS, course content, classes, and any related academy resources will be terminated immediately.

If you wish to continue your learning journey after cancellation, you will need to re-enroll in the program as a new admission. Re-enrollment is subject to the applicable fees and terms in effect at the time of re-enrollment, and does not entitle you to the terms, pricing, or access originally granted under your cancelled admission.

Our goal is to build and maintain a serious learning community. Every account we support, host, and provide access to represents time, resources, and infrastructure. Reserving that space for students who are actively engaged allows us to focus our attention and resources on those genuinely working toward their goals.

This policy is not intended to penalize students facing temporary breaks, but to identify and act on accounts that show sustained, complete disengagement over an extended period.

By enrolling in Aamir Ahmer Academy, you acknowledge and accept this policy. We encourage every student to stay engaged with their coursework and community to avoid inactivity-based cancellation.
